Thursday:
 garbage hauled out.
 remaining material left on site.
water sealed topping compound left on site for texture.
 final skim coat
 Deck functionally complete.

Wednesday:
Will be at Dubinets this morning to wrap up loose ends, and will head over to Holbrook after lunch.

Job restart:
requesting 20 feet of Fascia for the front of the deck, 1 box of topping compound, and one clean 5 gallon plastic bucket .

Thursday:

Wednesday:
Passed inspection, insulated, drywalled, first taped tight.
Was not able to make it to Holbrook and finish what I needed to do at Dubinets. Want permission to start my day Thursday at Holbrook for Toilet installation.

143 carriage bolts-
143 nuts-
33 lag bolts-
319 washers-
All installed & ready to call for an inspection.

Biggest problem was no single HD had enough hardware to complete the entire project. Michael and I bought as much as each store had on hand to keep the job going, but had to make multiple trips to restock.

All hardware on site has been installed. 3 boxes of carriage bolts still needed for completion. I will stop at the Covington Home Depot and if I can't find them there, I will pull into the Issaquah Home Depot on my way in.

This is the bolt pattern being used.

Request undelivered washers, 30 3" lag bolts with 30 washers,  3 garbage bags & 1 box of t50 1/2" staples.

If you allow me to sister the joists for cleaner blocking between the garage & 2nd story wall plates, we would need 8- 2"X 8"X 8' PT boards.

No washers guys...

An example of sistered joists @ the nearest end.

Existing upon arrival
Removed the remaining insulation.
Jammed insulation into the bays behind the tar paper.
